Packed Lunch & Snacks

The Cunningham Hill Schools are nut free zones – please make sure your child’s lunch or snack does not contain nuts in any form, eg. chocolate spread, peanut butter, cereal bars. We are a Healthy School and for this reason please do not pack fizzy drinks, chocolate, crisps, cakes or juice.

See below for some ideas from the NHS change4life on lunchbox ideas and recipes.

Playtime snacks must be either a piece of fruit or vegetable or a plain biscuit.

Water Bottles

Children should bring water in a named water bottle.

Milk

A carton of milk can be provided for children on a daily basis. If a child receives Free School Meals he/she is also entitled to free school milk. Milk can be ordered through Cool Milk.
