Classroom Teaching Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team, working to support learning in class within our Federation of schools. The candidate needs to be motivated and determined to ensure that our children are prepared as well as possible for the next stage in their education  and be able to support children in Key Stage 2  Previous experience would be a bonus but not essential, however we do require a minimum of grade C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.

Maximum of 25 hours. School hours are 8.45am-3.15pm

KS1 Class Teacher

Music Teacher with PPA Cover

About the role

KS1AND KS2 MUSIC Teacher( Including PPA cover in juniors) 1 full day , 3 afternoons 

We are looking to appoint a teacher with a keen interest in music who would lead the subject and teach across KS2 every afternoon except Wednesdays and one morning for KS1 . There would be a need to teach another subject area in KS2  for some of the time during the year, but this can be agreed on. The same lesson would be repeated across the 2-form entry year group on the same afternoon, so this helps reduce planning time. The right candidate would have experience of teaching music and would be keen to be part of our close-knit team. Our children are happy, enthusiastic and well behaved and we have very supportive parents and governors.

SENCO

About the role

We are looking to appoint a SENCo/INCo to join our fantastic team, enabling our children to reach their full potential in all areas of their lives. The right candidate would have completed the SENCo qualification or experience of SENCo work within a school setting.

The position would be for 4 or 5 days across both our schools (without classroom commitment) and would start on the 2nd September 2024. Our children are happy, enthusiastic and well behaved and we are well supported by both parents and governors. Cunningham Hill Federation is a popular, oversubscribed pair of schools which are well resourced and located within a supportive and engaged community.
